Remodeling is a big event, whether it's a room or your whole house, and most projects require similar steps. This outline will help you be prepared.

At our first meeting we will have the opportunity to get to "know one another." We want to listen to your needs, wants and expectations.

Visualize

Begin with the design objective. What are you looking to accomplish in your home remodeling?

Brainstorming with our customers begins with our first meeting. You are encouraged to share with us pictures, clippings, hand-drawn sketches, or anything you’ve been considering or imagining is critical to the design process and important for us to know about and build upon.

Design

We can help translate your remodeling vision.with our Cad Design software. You’ll see a two dimensional and/or a three dimensional, custom view of your project on paper that will reflect all your personal recommendations.

Detailed Bid

A detailed proposal is prepared based upon the specific preliminary plan. The specification plan defines what you want to accomplish. It will list the size and type of room, the general layout, the plumbing needs, flooring requirements, type of doors and windows, the landscaping layout of the yard, brand, make, model, color, etc. The proposal also includes detailed pricing for each stage of the remodel project. You will be able to easily see a detailed cost of your entire project.

Construction Process

Work begins. Our workers realize the demolition process can be messy. Each professional strives to put your living space first. We make a conscious effort to achieve comfortable living conditions during demolition, building, and the final stages of the construction remodeling process. It is our intent to keep your family comfortable and safe.

Final Walk Through Stage

We love what we do and we know you will too! When the project has been completed, we schedule a final walk through with you. We talk with you about the entire remodeling experience and discuss any concerns you may have at that time. Prior to the close of the project, we will efficiently and effectively address any issues you may have.
