Local remodeler catches top honor

Nixa, Missouri, April 17, 2009--- The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) awarded Keystone Building and Design, LLC, in Nixa, Missouri, the 2009 National CotY Award in the category of Residential Kitchen $30,000 to $60,000.

Keystone Building and Design, LLC offers “Premium Property Enhancement Services” in residential and light commercial remodeling. Specializing in Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, Keystone Building and Design, LLC provides innovative design and quality craftsmanship through the use of 3-D design software, high quality materials and skilled artisans. Other services include: Outdoor Living Spaces, Home Theaters, Room Additions, Exterior Updates and Interior Renovations.

The winning project was designed to meet the client’s needs in every way. The floor, ceiling walls and everything in between were changed. The goal with the new design for this 70’s galley kitchen was to increase the useable space, add safety and accessibility for a special needs individual and create a sanctuary for the care giving spouse. The customer expressed when describing her needs that she wanted to spoil herself. She needed a place where she could enjoy her personal time as well as an inviting place for her family. Keystone Building and Design accomplished this and more.

Keystone Building and Design, LLC was presented the award at NARI’s Evening of ExcellenceSM on March 28 at the Sheraton Atlanta, Atlanta, Ga.

The Evening of ExcellenceSM is widely considered to be the premier event of the year in the remodeling industry, and was attended this year by more than 250 of the industry’s elite.
